Job Description: Our client is seeking a Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of their social media content and online presence. As a team of selfstarters they value initiative collaboration and fresh thinking. Youll work independently to plan create and manage content across all social media platforms helping them tell their story grow their brand and engage meaningfully with their audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create schedule and publish engaging content (posts stories graphics short videos etc. across platforms such as Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and X (Twitter).
- Monitor respond to and manage community interactions and messages.
- Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to support campaigns product launches or events.
- Keep up to date with trends and tools in social media design and digital marketing.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of key platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Express or similar tools).
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and refine strategy.
