Assembler/Packer
Our client is a leading provider of medical imaging systems. We are looking to add someone to this team who can share in the companys passion for commitment to provide highvalue technology to their customers. This company has worldwide reach with a longstanding local footprint.

Position Details:
Location:Rochester NY
Hours: 6am2:30pm MonFri (some overtime possible)
Pay:$19.00/hr
Duration:One year contract position with an opportunity of being temp to hire.
Who Were Looking For:
Candidates with the ability to build noncomplex optical / electrical / mechanical subassemblies within quality requirements. This person should be reliable and detail oriented.
What to Expect as a Assember/Packer:
- Follow standard work processes as provided
- Ability to build Digital Radiography equipment and associate subassemblies within quality requirements.
- This position will require carefully unpacking/disassembling parts and equipment. Then packing/reassembly as per work instructions.
- Accurately records data and provides input / feedback during team discussions.
- Provide input or feedback during team discussions
- Engage with team members and work effectively with others
- Operates with direct supervisory support.
- Comply with all company policies & regulations
Qualifications for Success:
- HS Diploma or GED/HSE or 2 years of Manufacturing/Assembly experience
- Electrical or Mechanical Assembly experiencepreferred
- Familiarity with small hand tools
- Decision making and problemsolving skills
- Be organized and have excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety lean manufacturing and process improvement is helpful
- Basic computer skills
