Job Overview:
looking for a passionate Product Management professional with 15 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of technology business and social impact. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize build and scale digital products that support our consulting and employabilityfocused initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and drive the product vision roadmap and strategy aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to deliver usercentric features
- Conduct market and user research to identify product opportunities and pain points

Develop and prioritize user stories requirements and backlogs
Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
Measure product performance using data analytics and feedback
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Support the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
Required Skills:
- 15 years of experience in Product Management Business Analysis or related roles
- Strong communication stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Handson experience with Jira Trello Notion or similar tools
- Ability to balance user needs technical feasibility and business goals
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and wireframing tools
- Exposure to analytics tools
- Background in edtech social impact or consulting platforms
- Familiarity with basic SQL or APIs is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Passionate about building products that drive social impact and inclusivity
