Job Description
Position: Senior Sourcing
Salary Range: VND 2025 mil
Location: Hai Duong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle procurement activities for new project development within existing customer accounts.
- Convert purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO) promptly ensuring accurate delivery commitments.
- Monitor and drive supplier performance to achieve consistent OnTime Delivery (OTD).
- Support and coordinate material availability to meet customer demands.
- Ensure the accuracy of information maintained in MRP parameters.
- Maintain an organized and effective filing system.
- Fulfill training and development requirements to enhance personal skills and capabilities.
- Foster and maintain healthy relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in safety training programs relevant to job responsibilities.
- Perform all duties in compliance with established safety procedures and practices.
- Promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above preferably with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 3 years of experience in mechanical material procurement; a mechanical background is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of English including listening speaking reading and writing skills.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to prepare and analyze various reports.
- Detailoriented highly responsible proactive and adaptable with a diligent and methodical work style.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills strong organizational and management capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Competitive salary and housing allowance.
13th salary month.
Social Insurance in full salary.
Annual leave: 12 days per year.
