Job Description:
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead and oversee the recruitment process to source and hire top talent ensuring alignment with the companys staffing needs particularly for contact center programs and other critical roles. Your leadership responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the endtoend Agent recruitment process for our clients and other
- Support roles within the company.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Define job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to align talent needs.
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team ensuring effective sourcing screening and interviewing practices.
- Oversee the candidate sourcing strategy to attract top talent and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the offer process negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with at least 57 years in recruitment including leadership or managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques particularly in high volume hiring.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
- Experience with employer branding and building a strong company presence in the talent market.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and techniques including social media platforms and datadriven recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and using data to improve recruitment effectiveness and decisionmaking.
