Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor youll assist clients through phone chat email and social media to resolve issues related to accounts technical matters and payments. Your role will be essential in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring toptier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support across various communication channels (phone chat email social media)
- Assist customers with account setup verification logins payments and technical inquiries
- Be a reliable point of contact particularly for sportsrelated client concerns
- Address customer feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly to build trust and establish longlasting client relationships
- Ensure all interactions align with company policies and quality standards

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 01 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
