Position: Senior Architect
Location: Warwick RI

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- Over 8 years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on hospitality and commercial projects
- Skilled in AutoCAD Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong abilities in project management leadership and problem solving
- Capable of managing priorities meeting tight deadlines and delivering highquality work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong visual presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or already licensed as a Professional Architect
- Experience collaborating with international clients and working on global projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Design & Project Delivery:
- Lead the creation and development of design concepts from the schematic phase through to construction documentation
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines building codes ADA standards and sustainability requirements
- Review and manage project drawings to uphold design quality and consistency
- Collaborate with clients suppliers and senior leadership to ensure smooth project implementation
- Support the management of project schedules budgets and client relationships
Teamwork & Studio Engagement:
- Participate in creative sessions design development and internal project reviews
- Facilitate communication between internal teams clients and global offices
- Keep current with industry innovations materials and best practices in architecture
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to foster creativity and forwardthinking design
Leadership & Support:
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth
- Ensure all project documentation meets DiLeonardos design and quality expectations
- Proactively identify and address project challenges to enhance workflow and results
Travel Possibilities:
- May require occasional travel to international project sites and offices for meetings and design presentations
