Position Summary
The IT QA Manager (PMO) will lead the quality assurance (QA) efforts for various IT projects with a focus on ensuring the delivery of highquality software and IT services. This role involves planning executing and improving testing processes to ensure that all systems applications and processes meet or exceed business requirements and standards. The IT QA Manager (PMO) will collaborate closely with project teams testing teams developers and business analysts.
In this role the IT QA Manager (PMO) will be responsible for defining and maintaining testing strategies that align with the organizations business goals and technology roadmap. This role will serve as a key advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring thorough validation and verification of all IT deliverables including both project and operations. This position will also play a vital role in identifying opportunities to integrate automation and continuous improvement within the QA process driving efficiency and scalability in testing practices. Additionally the IT QA Manager (PMO) will focus on developing and improving comprehensive test documentation as well as enhancing the overall QA framework and processes to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.

Physical requirements
Vision hearing speech and movements require the use of wrists hands and/or fingers. Must be able to view a computer screen for extended periods and sit for extended periods. Incumbent(s) must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working conditions include normal office and warehouse settings. Afterhours support and weekend support as needed are requirements of the position
