Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Treasury product roadmap managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Analyze potential payment providers to enhance product offerings.
- Foster support for the product vision among internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory shifts to guide product strategy.
- Collect and synthesize requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and track metrics to gauge product success.
- Develop training resources for Sales teams and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging.
- Direct integration efforts with fiat banking partners and payment service providers.
- Work with engineering and operations teams to facilitate secure integrations.
- Partner with finance to deliver essential tools for financial reporting.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors for deployment and support.
- Participate in industry events to promote products.
- Travel as necessary and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management focusing on payments or fintech.
- Proven success in launching banking integrations or payment products.
- Strong understanding of the payments landscape including investment banking and digital wallets.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira Microsoft ADO GitHub and Trello.
- Experience in a distributed work environment.
