Job Description
My client is a multipods quantitative trading firm they are looking for a Director of Trading Operation who will work closely with the CIO in managing the companys trading activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of overseas highfrequency quantitative trading including broker account setup market data procurement server hosting and trading license applications.
- Manage the daily operations of highfrequency trading activities including risk control PnL settlement and operational management of product account fund positions.
- Manage the companys highfrequency trading business line including recruiting highfrequency trading talent managing various trading teams within the company and planning and supervising the progress of the companys highfrequency IT platform development as well as researching global highfrequency trading opportunities.
Requirements:
- Indepth understanding of quantitative highfrequency trading with relevant industry experience.
- Professional proficency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
