Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone email and inperson
- Present and promote our services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office CRM software)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
