What Youll Do:
As the QA Automation Lead youll spearhead the design and of robust test automation frameworks and lead a team toward excellence in software quality assurance.
Your Responsibilities:
Automation Expertise:
- Develop design and execute test automation frameworks and scripts with over 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Cypress for API testing and Playwright for EndtoEnd (E2E) test automation.
- Experience with load testing tools like K6 is a strong advantage.
Test Strategy & Management:
- Define testing scopes based on comprehensive risk assessments.
- Create and implement a test strategy tailored to Agile development processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with trends and best practices in automation testing.
- Enhance testing processes and methodologies for ongoing improvements.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and business analysts to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Maintain a customerfocused mindset emphasizing UI/UX best practices.
Mentorship & Leadership:
- Mentor junior automation testers fostering growth and expertise within the team.
- Promote a collaborative qualityfirst environment.
Manual Testing Skills:
- Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify critical issues not covered by automation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex software defects with strong problemsolving skills.
