Aluminium Welder/Fabricator
Due to continued growth permanent positions have become available for experienced aluminium welders to join a growing busy manufacturing/Engineering company based near Peterborough.
Responsibilities:
- Aliwelding
- Setup and layout jobs using engineering drawings diagrams and fixtures.
- Carrying out welding operations in accordance with appropriate welding procedure specification.
- Use of grinders/sanders and general hand tools
- Requirement to do other fabrication work and associated tasks as required.
Person Specification:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Competent in reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Able to use various hand tools whilst adhering to H&S procedures
- Attention to detail
- Good team player with ability to communicate well with others
- Organised and able to prioritise workload to ensure products can be dispatched on time
Hours and Pay:
- Monday Friday (Days)
- Up to 16/hour DOE
- Overtime available
