We provide comprehensive localization services and technology postproduction and media distribution. Using our proprietary technology we manage the entire localization process from start to finish customizing our solutions to fit each clients specific needs and ensuring highquality results within any budget or timeline.

The position of TransPerfect Media Sales Intern is responsible for supporting the entertainment sales team in tradeshow preparation marketing initiatives presentation support and administrative tasks. OVERALL: Forge and strengthen business relationships within the media and entertainment industry

• Build and distribute lead lists from tradeshows industry research and dedicated events

• Prepare for major events (i.e. tradeshows sales conferences

• Project manage marketing initiatives to generate new sales opportunities for M&E leads

• Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of the media and entertainment industry including industry trends major players current events and competitive landscape.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations by compiling data developing presentation format & materials

• Maintain accounting database by updating invoice payment information & supporting with outstanding collections

• Compiles and distributes regular reporting on overall division performance & updates

• Assists with other special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Effective time management organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)

• Highly motivated and goaloriented

• Most importantly the ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to: multitask in a fastpaced environment be organized work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures build relationships with coworkers work as part of a team take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior internship/work experience preferably in sales or customer service

• Presentation skills/eye for design
