Are you a friendly communicator with a passion for helping people Style Netbox is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in Los Angeles CA.
About the Role:
As a Call Center Representative at Style Netbox you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist callers by providing information answering questions and resolving concerns all while delivering excellent customer service that reflects our brands creativity and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide detailed information about products services and promotions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
Record customer information accurately into our database.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
