Job Description
Clinical Programs Coord I
Bachelors degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Develops and coordinates patient services to review NCQA standards.
- Assists and support the Quality Officer to review and monitor COI strategic plan.
- Assists providers by monitoring patient care plan and treatment problems.
- Works collaboratively with clinical team members of the patients treatment team. Maintains all records and reports related to NCQA/PCMH and keeps track of data in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Coordinates PCMH committee meetings serves on healthrelated task forces and advisory committees including the Clinical Effectiveness Group (CEG). Attends NCQA workshops and webinars.
- Provides administrative services for assistance with any additional needs. Provides health education to patients staff and practitioners within area of specialty as it related to NCQA compliance.
$43888 to $49000 annually depending on education and experience.
Bachelors degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year experience with HIV population Adult/Pediatric outpatient clinic.
- National Continuing Quality Assurance (NCQA)
This is a timelimited position. Time limited positions are based on circumstances such as funding sources which control the length of time for which the position is available.
