Job Description

Legacy has a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to learn and get experience in Sales. The primary role of the Outside PreSales position is to be the first point of contact between the homeowner and the Sales Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Generate new business through managing territories and communicating directly with homeowners
Set daily appointments for salespeople to perform property inspections
Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer & ensuring confidentiality with all client information
Maintain effective communication with other employees and managers both in the field and the office
Working territory correctly and efficiently (following systems & procedures)
Position Requirements:
Selfmotivated individual who thrives in a teamoriented environment
Reliable vehicle and smart phone
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time enjoying fresh air and sunshine
Valid drivers license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You can earn bonuses and commissions on inspections that you set up and are completed.
