We are so excited to continue collaborating with an outstanding group of hotels located throughout the UK. One of their stunning properties a luxury country house hotel set in the beautiful Cotswolds village of Broadway is looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to work underneath a Michelin Star Head Chef in their 3 Rosette restaurant.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 30000 per annum plus 4000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Creating a variety of modern and innovative British dishes
- Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
- Making the most of the hotels access to fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Showcasing outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Working effectively as a team of 8
As a Chef De Partie you will join the team during an exciting time as they prepare to welcome a new Head Chef. This presents an unmissable opportunity for an ambitious Chef De Partie looking to progress as you will have the chance to create a wide array of modern British dishes using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
