Job Description
Now Hiring: Service Cashier Automotive Service Center
Location: Blackstone Toyota of Fresno
Blackstone Toyota of Fresno is looking for a fulltime Service Cashier to join our busy Automotive Service Center team! If you have a passion for providing topnotch customer service enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and are eager to grow your skills we want to hear from you.
Position Summary:
As a Service Cashier youll be the friendly face customers see at the end of their service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling cash credit and check transactions assisting with inbound and outbound phone calls and supporting the Service Advisors with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with a positive upbeat attitude
Handle customer payments (cash credit and checks) accurately and efficiently
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed
Complete daily cashiering and administrative tasks
Assist the Service Team with general office duties
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
Eagerly learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Dependable and punctual with a great attitude
Comfortable working with computers and pointofsale systems
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Must be able to work a fulltime schedule
Open availability Monday through Saturday 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
We operate on a 4/10 schedule (four 10hour days) with some weekends off
