Architectural Technologist / Technical Architect
Location: Exeter UK
Salary: up to 45000 Depending on Experience
About the Role:
Looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join an established practice in Exeter. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly team with a clear career progression path.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on largescale projects ensuring technical quality and smooth delivery.
Use Revit to create detailed technical drawings and work within BIM processes.
Collaborate with architects designers and consultants through different project stages.
Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and industry standards.
Support and guide junior team members.
Communicate with clients contractors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture.
Experience working on largescale projects like commercial residential or mixeduse developments.
Strong Revit skills and experience with BIM.
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction details.
Problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team.
Experience in a jobrunning role is a plus.
