English ECT The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Support students of all abilities to develop confidence in reading writing and analysis
- Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and provide feedback
- Work closely with an experienced ECT mentor and the wider English department
- Contribute to the schools extracurricular programme including book clubs debating or creative writing workshops
