Job Description

Join a dynamic fastgrowing team at a prominent Funds player as a Company Secretary in their London office.

In this senior clientfacing role youll work closely with fund boards directors and investment professionals to support a diverse range of listed funds and complex fund structures.

Youll play a key role in maintaining governance standards ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to the smooth operation of highprofile client entities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Arranging attending and minute board and shareholder meetings

  • Coordinating regulatory filings governance reports and statutory records

  • Liaisingwith key stakeholders including directors advisors and shareholders

  • Ensuring compliance with Listing Rules DTR MAR and corporate governance principles

If you are an ICSAqualified professional with strong experience in listed companies ideally within the London funds sector.

Youll be someone who is confident with company law FCA rules and stock exchange regulations and familiar with tools like Diligent or Convene.
