We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager Tech to lead Amazon Pi. Amazon Pi is a key enabler of business growth providing insights and measurement capabilities to advertisers and sales teams. The person will be expected to improve advertiser experience and enable business growth by providing insights that help advertisers decide why to advertise how much to spend and understand the longterm impact of their ads.
Amazon Pi is a fullfunnel ads insights and measurement solution for brands advertising on Amazon. Brands leverage these insights to make datadriven decisions boost market share and strengthen their brand presence both on and off Amazon. Pi also enables Amazons ads sales team to identify opportunities activate budget discussions and demonstrate ads impact to brands.
The role involves working with various worldwide teams and will be responsible for launching Indiafirst products globally thereby creating a larger impact on Amazons overall growth flywheel. You will join a fastpaced team and work with dedicated engineering and AI/ML teams to design build and roll out products. You will be responsible for the complete roadmap of your product area including establishing key metrics and setting/meeting goals on business/product metrics. Additionally you will drive product adoption establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and work with advertisers and GTM teams to identify product enhancements.
Key job responsibilities
Identify India specific growth opportunities for the advertisement business develop strategies to address them and drive initiatives that capitalize on these opportunities to further grow the business.
Create high quality simple product roadmaps with both a near term 23 quarters) and long term view.
Develop detailed crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
Prioritize projects basis the right tradeoffs between shopper experience advertiser experience and ad revenue..
Work with sellers brands media agencies global product development teams and software development teams to identify and prioritize requirements for product roadmap.
Manage all projects including organizing and planning estimating managing resources tracking and controlling projects managing risk & opportunity managing quality.
Solve advertiser and shopper pain points through product enhancements.
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
