Job Overview
The Floor Supervisor position at Hemocean Outsourcing is a fulltime juniorlevel role based in Jabalpur. This position is ideally suited for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience in related fields. The successful candidate will oversee floor operations ensuring optimal use of resources and smooth workflow. Key competencies include managing chemical use machine tools as well as handling property and revenue management systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- A proven experience as a Floor Supervisor (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient and effective floor operations.
- Expertise in using chemical applications within workplace settings with safety and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in operating and managing machine tools for daily operational needs (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with revenue management software to track and manage financial inputs.
- Possession of a food safety certification to maintain health and safety standards.
- Familiarity with property management systems to oversee asset management and maintenance.
- Active engagement in social media to enhance communication and company visibility.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices to support environmental and resource management initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure the floor runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage chemical use to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machine tools to avert production downtime.
