Licensed Medicare Agent 100 Remote
Our client a leader in the insurance industry is seeking Licensed Medicare Agents to join their growing remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and insurance expertise in a commissiondriven highearning environment. Agents benefit from agencypaid leads a proven sales process and the ability to crosssell additional insurance products to build longterm residual income.
Position Details
- Location: 100 Remote
- Shift Hours: Monday Friday 10 AM 7 PM EST
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Compensation: Pure commission; agents receive 50 of commission advances the following month
- Top agents earn: $300 per submitted Medicare Advantage policy plus additional earnings through crossselling
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective Medicare clients through inbound and outbound sales (seasonal adjustments apply).
- Follow a proven sales process to educate and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans.
- Crosssell additional products such as Hospital Indemnity Plans to maximize earnings and residual income.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline using a CRM to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Ask for referrals while adhering to CMS guidelines.
- During offseason shift focus to outbound calls 70 to sell supplemental offerings.
- Prospect new clients and pivot into other insurance products as needed.
- Work independently while maintaining high productivity in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance sales preferred).
- Active health insurance license in at least 5 states (with the ability to expand to 15.
- Strong selfdiscipline and time management in a 1099 work environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience with Medicare ACA or life insurance is a plus but Medicarespecific training is provided.

Commission & Bonus Structure
- Medicare Advantage / Medicare Supplement Policies
- 1 1.49 policies/day: $100
- 1.5 1.9 policies/day: $200
- 2 policies/day: $300
- Hospital Indemnity Plan (HIP) Payouts
- 15 policies: $50 per policy
- 615 policies: $75 per policy
- 31 policies: 35 of annualized policy premium
- TPV Fee: $25 per policy (waived if agents maintain a 35 conversion rate
