Join the fight against wildfires and help scale cuttingedge satellite tech that protects lives infrastructure and natural resources.
OroraTech provides realtime wildfire intelligence using spacebased thermal imaging and AI. We help governments emergency services and utilities detect monitor and respond to wildfires faster and more effectively. As our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the U.S. youll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in the most fireprone regions of North America.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the U.S.
Generate pipeline through outbound outreach and follow up on inbound leads
Use LinkedIn and personalized valuedriven content to engage prospects
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Deliver insights and feedback from prospects to inform our gotomarket strategy
Build and manage relationships with government agencies utilities and key partners
Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and manage all prospect interactions
Attend relevant conferences and industry events across the U.S.
Lead thought leadership efforts via LinkedIn and webinars
At OroraTech we value a creative mindset and a gogetter mentality. Hard skills can always be learned. That being said we are searching for someone with:
12 years of experience in sales preferably as a Sales Development Representative.
Experience in fastpaced environments like startups consulting or big tech
Selfmotivated and highly committed with a passion for results
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed
Strong interest in technology space or emergency response
Fluent in written and spoken English
Comfortable being part of a remotefirst team while helping establish our Denver office presence as employee #2 on the ground

Salary range for this role: $50000 $80000 base salary per year plus performancebased bonus

Our U.S. strategy is centered on building strong local relationships scaling government and enterprise partnerships and driving adoption of our wildfire intelligence platform across North America.
