Role Summary:

As Manager AI Platform Architect youll lead a highperforming team of Platform Architects who work closely with customers to design build and optimize intelligent workflows using Notables Flow Builder platform. Youll play a key role in scaling our platform architecture function by setting the standard for technical excellence customer impact and operational efficiency.

You will guide your team in translating complex healthcare challenges into elegant AIdriven solutions. Youll help shape our approach to customer implementations influence product direction and serve as a mentor and coachensuring the success of your team and the broader organization.

This is a playercoach role where youll be handson in solving challenging problems while also building team capabilities driving strategic initiatives and influencing crossfunctional alignment across Customer Success Product and Engineering.

What Youll Do:

• Lead mentor and grow a team of AI Platform Architects supporting them in technical customer engagement and career development.

• Oversee delivery of implementations ensuring your team delivers highquality flows on time and aligned to customer outcomes.

• Provide technical oversight and guidance ensuring architecture aligns with Notables best practices and scales effectively.

• Drive operational excellence across your teamstreamlining project planning documentation testing and customer collaboration.

• Act as an escalation point for complex implementations helping unblock teams and partnering crossfunctionally to resolve risks.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering channeling feedback and market insight into platform improvements and roadmap prioritization.

• Foster team learning and innovation promoting best practice sharing platform mastery and use of cuttingedge AI techniques like LLMs and prompt engineering.

• Support hiring and onboarding helping scale the team with top talent and set up new hires for success.

What Were Looking For:

• 8 years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech including 35 years managing technical teams.

• Background in implementation solution architecture or systems integration preferably in AI or lowcode environments.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects and customer engagements from discovery through delivery.

• Experience working with LLMs prompt engineering or automation frameworks is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of health system technologies like EHRs CRMs or care coordination tools is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 40 for customer and internal engagements.
