Position Location:
This position will be located at the Princeton NJ US Headquarters site.
Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US officebased employees to work up to 50 of
their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located
will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design and develop analytical tools and dashboards using Excel Access or Qlik Sense to enhance data accessibility and reporting
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends patterns and actionable business insights
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
Create and maintain documentation for tools processes and data workflows to ensure consistency and scalability
Present datadriven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear impactful manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Continuously improve existing tools and processes to keep pace with evolving business needs
Key Performance Indicators:
Efficiency of tool development
Reduction in manual data processing
Accuracy in trend identification
Stakeholder satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience (Required):
Bachelors Degree Required
3 years of professional experience in a datadriven or analytical role
Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic fastpaced environments
Handson experience building tools or dashboards with Excel (advanced functions macros) Access or Qlik Sense
Proficiency in coding (e.g. VBA SQL Python or similar) to support tool development and automation
Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for nontechnical audiences
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with data visualization and story telling
Familiarity with additional BI tools (Qliksense Tableau)
Travel Requirements: Up to 5
Willingness to travel over a broad geography for field visits with account managers

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $98700USD/year; however while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to geographical location experience level knowledge skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a signon bonus restricted stock units and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
