We are so excited to be working with a brand new Mediterranean Restaurant which recently opened in central London. Serving up to 120 covers per service they are looking for a creative Junior Sous Chef to craft a variety of fresh Southern Europeinspired dishes over an open fire.
You must have worked within premium restaurants previously to a high level.

- Up to 42000 salary on 48hour contract
- 4 days on 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes that celebrate Southern European flavours
- Making the most of the restaurants access to fresh seasonal ingredients
- Going above and beyond to perfect your skills cooking over an openfire grill
- Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the team
- Working alongside the team to elevate and evolve the restaurants menu and operations
