Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 27000
FullTime 40 hours per week

What Were Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- A warm enthusiastic and caring nature with a passion for working with young children.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- A commitment to delivering highquality care and supporting childrens development.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
- A proactive playful and nurturing approach to supporting childrens learning and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and ageappropriate activities that inspire curiosity and foster development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Build strong trusting relationships with children creating a safe and supportive environment for them to grow and learn.
- Embrace the nurserys focus on outdoor learning using the fantastic outdoor space to promote exploration and active play.
- Monitor and support childrens development maintaining accurate records and tailoring activities to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the nurserys homely and happy environment is maintained to the highest standard.
