As a passionate and proactiveSeniorHR Officer youlljoin our team as our first dedicated colleague for all hard HR tasks. In this role youll combine operational work with strategic projects. Youre a builder at heart: you love designing and improving processes thrive with autonomy and get energized by turning ideas into reality. Whether its optimizing payroll leading a mobility budget rollout or implementing a new HRIS youll be in the drivers seat.

Heres what youll work on:
1. Operational HR:
Manage payroll processes for multiple countriesand ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
Manage employee contracts onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations acting as the first point of contact for all Peoplerelated queries.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by handling questions related to policies and processes; handle sensitive employee information with discretion
2. Strategic HR:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with our companys goals and values.
Build scalable frameworks for compensation retention and performance management.
Partner with managers on opportunities to improve the employee experience and streamline people operations across teams.
3. Culture & Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by championing company culture and core values.
Design and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees offering guidance on peoplerelated topics.
4. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Lead peoplerelated projects such as implementing a new HRIS salary benchmarksoptimizing workflows or introducing best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Stay on top of HR trends and innovations to keep our HR practices modern effective and compliant.

You have at least 5years asan HR Specialist Payroll Specialistor in a similar role with exposure to international HR administration preferably in a SaaS/Tech company or another fastpaced environment.
Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law payroll systems and compliance regulations along with experience managing payroll across multiple countries.
You think in processes love finetuning what exists and get energy from shaping whats next.
Quick to grasp new concepts adapt to change and implement improvements in a dynamic environment.
Detailoriented highly organized and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
Energized byfostering a positive employee experience and culturebuilding.
Youre fluent in English and Dutchboth spoken and written. If you also have a good command of French thats a bonus!
