Job Description

Overview

Since 1953 Rauch directly serves over 1000 children adults and families from five sites. Service counties in Indiana include Clark Floyd Harrison Scott Washington Jefferson and Jackson.

Job Skills / Requirements

The Early Intervention Therapist DT provides inhome and communitybased services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. This role includes direct therapy developmental assessments and active participation in creating and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). The therapist supports families through education collaborates with transdisciplinary teams and helps coordinate preschool and camp activities. Strong interpersonal communication physical stamina and commitment to safety and quality care are essential for this role which is grounded in promoting early development in natural settings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of B.S. or B.A. in early childhood education kindergarten education elementary education special education BSN nursing occupational therapy physical therapy speech/language pathology and or a related degree in behavior science with an emphasis on human development.
