Job Description
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide lowlatency highspeed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

As Senior ATE Development Engineer in the Silicon & Systems team you will engage with an experienced crossdisciplinary staff to conceive design and develop innovative production software solutions for products developed for and deployed in Kuiper phased array antennas in LEO satellites and ground terminal products. You will work closely with internal and thirdparty vendors to develop ATE test programs and tools to support highvolume production test of mmwave ICs and generate data analytics / insights into product / system performance and metrics to meet our customers needs. You will focus on building modular deviceagnostic scalable test libraries for use in highvolume production. You must be responsive flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

Key job responsibilities
Design and develop scalable reusable ATE software libraries that are deviceagnostic to support multiple product variants.
Implement and optimize RF digital and highspeed interface test routines for highvolume manufacturing.
Participate in the definition and integration of embedded code to accelerate builtin selftests.
Create modular reusable and scalable test libraries for mmwave SystemonChips (SoCs) on ATE platforms such as Teradyne and Advantest.
Focus on test time reduction while maintaining data integrity and test coverage.
Define work flows and mechanisms for ATE software version control and release.
Support global production teams with troubleshooting updates and deployment.
Bachelors degree in electrical/communications engineering or related field.
5 or more years of employment in silicon RF Test or RF Product Engineering.
Masters or PhD degree in Electrical / Communications Engineering or related field.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
7 years of handson experience in mmwave or RF validation engineering of communications systems preferably in highvolume consumer devices manufacturing
Knowledgeable in production control processes statistical analysis platforms (Galaxy Spotfire JMP or similar) data interpretation/analysis Cp/Cpk and bench/tester correlation.
New product transition from design phase through qualification and into high volume manufacturing environment.
Silicon manufacturing concepts like GR&R MBIST and ATPG
Test data outputs such as STDFs from UFLEX and V93K ATEs.
Working knowledge of semiconductor product development and production flow.
Test automation of bench equipment for digital electronics (e.g. pattern generators logic analyzers) and RF electronics (e.g. spectrum analyzers VNAs).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $247600/year in our highest geographic market.
