Job Description

The StFX University Faculty of Education in partnership with StFX Online Learning & Professional Studies invites applications for a Parttime Academic Instructor for the following course:

Course Number and Title: Education 576: Specific Issues in Curriculum Development Mathematics Teaching and Learning (Curriculum and Instruction) Concentration

Course Description:This course will examine selected contemporary educational controversies and explore their implications for curriculum decisionmaking. Students will examine current issues and problems. Three credits.

Start and End Dates: July 21 to July 31 2025

Class Schedule:

  • Classes are four days a week for two weeks:July 2124 and July 2831
  • Times: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm (Atlantic time)

Delivery Mode: Online

Qualifications:Candidates should have a PhD or MEd with significant experience in the course area. The committee will begin consideration of applicants on May 9 2025
