Crossborder Payments is a division within JPMorgans Payments business encompassing Global Clearing and CrossCurrency (FX) services which are the largest feerevenue generators. The wholesale industry is leading a technological evolution focusing on digitizing payments designing clientcentric user interfaces and providing realtime analytics.

Join our Crossborder Payments Business Management team as an Associate where youll contribute to the formulation and of our growth strategy. This highimpact role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders driving transformation and influencing outcomes in complex business scenarios.

As a Cross Border Payments Business Manager Senior Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and conducting robust analytics. You will support senior product leaders ensure transparency around business performance drivers and manage endtoend business activities. Your role involves identifying escalating and mitigating business risks making it essential to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leads to drive strategic focus for the product in a fastmoving payments landscape.
  • Respond to executive adhoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
  • Manage agendas for Business Reviews coordinating planning activities and meeting content.
  • Track and analyze trends in revenues transactional activity and deal pipeline.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify productivity initiatives.
  • Create highquality presentations for Business Reviews Town Halls and strategic meetings.
  • Contribute to the revenue budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Organize complex information strategically demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners to drive project next steps.
  • Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities.
  • Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.

Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related area.
  • Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
  • Proven experience delivering highquality presentations and reporting.
  • Ability to manage large sets of data and articulate design decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Pivot Tables).
  • Selfmotivated tenacious and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:

  • Experience in Payments Treasury Services or a related financial services field.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau QlikSense).
