Job Summary
The Store Team Leads serve as seniorlevel Retail Associate responsible for the daytoday activities of the production side of the Operations to include donation door and donated goods processing. They are accountable for the quality and quantity of the donations being sent to the sales floor. Their main responsibility is making sure that the store goals are met during their shift while actively participating in the collection of donations and production related duties. This is a position for experienced retail associates who lead by example and have the desire to grow within the organization. This position requires a strong donor focus donation acquisition and process the ability to operate with minimum supervision and an understanding of business demands.
Essential Job Duties
In addition to the job duties of a Retail Associate the Store Production Team Lead will also be responsible for the following:
1. Support the Store Management team in evaluating the quality of the products going to the sales floor and assist Retail Associates in meeting expected goals
2. Communicate the organizations mission vision and values and promote diversity
3. Train coach and provide feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills in backroom operations
4. Assist the Store Management Team in recruiting onboarding training documenting and communicating staff performance and behavioral issues.
5. Demonstrate leadership and positive role modeling for retail staff
6. Effectively manage time and monitor retail staff time to ensure that work is completed with accuracy
7. Assist the General Manager to maximize the stores financial performance and achieving the desired results
8. If needed and as part of onthejob training and professional development act as manager on duty and assume temporary responsibility for the store operations including the collection of donations processing pricing stocking performing register transactions and handling donated goods overall to meet expected goals at every step of the process
9. May open and/or close the store
10. Perform other tasks as assigned

Requires high school diploma or equivalent
Requires one year of retail experience

Knowledge Skills And Abilities
Requires CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment. Requires DSP training or ability to complete training within one year of employment.
Requires proficiency with the Google business platform and/or Microsoft Office products including Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel and the ability to utilize other software such as payroll and point of sale) Maintains confidentiality of information related to LLGI operations financial matters and personnel matters. Works independently while fostering a strong team atmosphere.

Physical Requirements
Lift or move up to fifty 50 pounds of clothing and housewares safely on and off retail shelving fixtures up to ten 10 feet high clothing racks four 4 feet high and zracks six 6 feet high
Push and pull zracks holding up to one hundred 100 pieces of clothing and weighing a minimum of 150 pounds The ability to bend and reach into gaylords five 5 feet high to remove clothing and housewares Manual dexterity to fasten and unfasten buttons; snaps and zippers; operate cash registers and tagging guns Stand for long periods throughout the day
The ability to perform a combination of tasks for extended periods such as stooping bending kneeling crouching crawling lifting reaching carrying pushing or pulling objects to sorting and hanging clothing and placing housewares on shelves and racks
Demonstrate visual acuity to evaluate donated items for quality
The ability to identify smells to evaluate donations for undesirable odors such as mold must dust bodily fluids and/or urine.
Environmental Conditions
Work in a light industrial/warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold.
Subject to exposure to allergens including dirt dust mold metals rubber plastics latex and pet hair.
