Job Summary:
The Legal Analyst Corporate will support the Legal team by managing legal documents conducting research preparing reports and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input organize and manage relevant contract documents emails and supporting documents in the Companys matter management system.

  • Maintain organized records files and documentation related to ongoing transactions and matters and coordinate /signature process.

  • Ensure accurate and uptodate contract records and assist in tracking contract status.

  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and materials for review.

  • Draft format and proofread documents to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Organize data while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

  • Leverage software tools to streamline workflows.

  • Review and approve law firm invoices for payment.

  • Coordinate the preparation of outgoing mail shipments for timesensitive documents ensuring accurate labeling packaging and timely delivery.

  • Assist with monitoring the Legal departments email inboxes and coordinate with the appropriate individuals to ensure a timely response.

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed.

  • Provide other ad hoc assistance to the teams attorneys and paralegals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fastpaced environment under minimal supervision.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to exercise independent thinking and sound judgment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred any field of study.

  • Prior experience as a legal assistant legal analyst or similar role is preferred. However the Company is open to considering exceptional candidates who demonstrate the skills attitude and potential to excel in this role regardless of prior experience.
