Job Description
Were looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator (Job Controller) to join us for the 2025 season. This is a parttime role 20hours a week.
This role would suit an experienced Administrator or Coordinator. Daytoday you will be managing maintenance and housekeeping jobs and actions via our online system ensuring our teams are responding quickly and efficiently to incoming jobs and ensuring our guests have the best possible experience whilst staying on our park

What you will be doing:
- Coordinating general maintenance and housekeeping tasks across the holiday park from our digital reporting system.
- Supporting our maintenance and accommodation teams to ensure they can respond to jobs quickly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent guest service by resolving queries and minimizing disruptions to their stay.
- Utilise our online systems to ensure all jobs all completed compliantly
