Job Description
Employment Type: Part Time 8 hours per week
Duration: Up Until 31 December 2025
Remuneration: Level A Academic $117718 pro rata 17 Super Annual Leave Loading
Location: Kensington New South Wales
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must hold full rights to work in Australia to be considered for this position.
Why this role matters:
The PostDoctoral Fellow (Level A) will contribute to the research initiatives of UNSWs Karitane Research Group developing their expertise by working on defined projects in the area of perinatal infant and early childhood mental health.
This role reports to the Associate Professor and does not have any direct reports.
Skills Required:
- A PhD in clinical psychology and/or relevant work experience.
- Proven commitment to proactively keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake high quality academic research and conduct independent research with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated track record of publications and conference presentations relative to opportunity.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
- Evidence of highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with a diverse range of stakeholders and students.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSWs aims objectives and values in action together with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
