Principal Product Manager - Technical Recipient Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager Technical to help us revolutionize how we handle delivery exceptions. This role will reinforce customer trust in Amazon by creating seamless exception handling experiences leveraging advanced technical solutions to predict and resolve issues before they impact customers and ensuring consistent excellence across all customer touchpoints.

You will:

Own development and communication of the longterm vision and goals
Define customer requirements and use case prioritization
Own the test and learn roadmap and be responsible for business results
Coordinate with design teams technical teams and other business stakeholders across the company to launch innovative new features and programs and to improve customer engagement with our existing worldclass delivery offers
Monitor and react to customer needs and feedback constantly improving and expanding the experience
Candidates should have strong customer focus and business judgment and be skilled at breaking down complex highlevel ideas into executable features and distinct phases. The ability to influence cross functionally at all levels will be critical to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
Innovating on behalf of our customers
Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical across multiple lines of businesses
Ownership of the product suite and its business expansion measures of success and roadmap for your products
Prioritizing engineering work while balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders
Evangelizing the product both internally and externally
Working with key stakeholders in the company to identify and drive product solutions to support business expansion associate experience and internal business and tech customers
Defining product strategy and requirements based on an intimate knowledge of the customer and technology
Establishing product goals and reviewing success metrics to achieve commercial success

Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

6 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
