You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Foundation and Guild Association Marketing and Communications team leads communications marketing and advertising for current and prospective donors including developing messaging and content (e.g. publications impact stories proposals videos etc. creating a bestinclass donor experience and developing strategies for elevating Seattle Childrens charity of choice status.
The Project Manager I is responsible for the management planning and coordination of a projects activities to ensure that goals or objectives of the project(s) are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame funding limitations procedures for accomplishing projects staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plans and multidisciplinary staffing for each phase of the project(s) and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Management efforts include scheduling and budgeting activities and require collaboration with leaders to implement the projects objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process. Responsible to monitor the projects effectiveness and to mobilize stakeholders in support of continuous improvement in project initiatives. May work across departments to ensure effective project /implementation. Oversees the process of executing initiatives essential for the success of the project including communication with all stakeholders both internal and external. May oversee and lead a project team. This level exercises independent judgment subject to general review.

And a project is unique in that it is not a routine operation but a specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singular goal. So a project team often includes people who dont usually work together sometimes from different functional areas and across multiple geographies.

This compensation range was calculated based on fulltime employment 2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
