Job Description
The role
As the first Analyst in the Marketing & Growth team youll play a pivotal role in driving our Marketing performance. Youll advise the team with key insights through data analysis focusing on key areas for the company (Growth Paid Media Referrals Reactivation Incrementality Discounts Conversion Rate Retention) and on multiple levels (customers cohorts campaigns channels). You will be in charge of data collection treatment analysis presenting data and turning them into actionable recommendations to a large variety of teams and stakeholders within the company.

What youll do
- Provide cracking insights into customer acquisition and retention looking for improvement opportunities to optimize marketing mix campaigns channel targeting efficiency etc.
- Work handinhand with stakeholders from the marketing team translate their business questions into structured and meaningful analytics and align on next steps to drive the business forward
- Run indepth analyses create dashboards and reports organize and evaluate AB tests and provide adhoc insights combining business and technical understanding
- Carry out complex analyses to understand the impact of our initiatives on customer dynamics and economics (conversion retention price discount referrals and identify and validate opportunities to improve.
- Discuss the results of your work with stakeholders of various seniority including functional teams in the Global headquarter and local top management
What youll bring
- Bachelor or Masters Program in a Top Business/Engineering School/University
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role driving business impact based on Data and Analytics. Experience with marketing metrics and/or in a consumerfacing business is a must. E.g. in a fastgrowing startup / scaleup consulting company or a datadriven corporate
- A quantitative and analytical mindset and skillset with solid SQL skills. Experience with a visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- A strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively balancing both shortterm and longterm goals
- Good business sense: outstanding ability to build a bridge between business needs and your analysis (problem & analysis structuring) and between your analysis result and business implications (recommendation definition data visualization storylining)
- Proactive ambitious and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
- A growth mindset and a learning never stops attitude
