Job Description
Redeemer Health Care Center a 4star rated 119bed senior care campus in Uptownis hiringFullTime & PartTime Licensed PracticalNurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate addition to our generous benefits were offering up to a $5000 Bonus and NEW increased wages of $30.86 to $35.82 / hour!
We are conveniently located on the bus line for an easy commute and offer offstreet parking. We also offer a Metropass a discounted bus pass for you to use!
There are FullTime &PartTime benefit eligiblepositions available working a varied schedule including every other weekend.
PartTime Shifts:Days 6:30am to 3:00pm)
FullTime Shifts:Evenings 2:30pm to 11:00pm)
PartTime is eligible for a $2500 Bonus. FullTime is eligible for a $5000 Bonus.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide residentrelated care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Current Minnesota LPN license required.
- CPR certified preferred or willing to get
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
