We are seeking an experienced Planning Solutions Architect with a strong technical background and extensive experience in implementing solutions such as o9 / SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will have completed at least 5 to 6 implementations and possess deep knowledge of the product and technical architecture. This role focuses on the ability to lead o9 / SAP IBP transformations for clients across industries being able to lead team of consultants andtranslate business requirements to technical and architecture needs and drive the implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Lead design and process discussions with clients

  • Design and architect the overall technology framework for o9 / IBP implementations

  • Lead the technical implementation of o9 / IBP solutions including integrations with legacy systems data warehouse and end to end ERP

  • Develop testing strategy and test scenarios

  • Identify gaps and develop custom design specifications

  • Provide technical guidance troubleshooting and support throughout the implementation process

  • Lead team through the implementation and hyper care process actively coaching / mentoring junior consultants

  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client teams

  • Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across the engagement delivery

  • Lead client pursuit discussions and highlight experience and approach for o9/ IBP implementations across industries

  • Mentor guide and train a team of o9 / SAP IBP consultants

  • Travel may be for this role depending on client requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Preferred:

Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in abovementioned sector in any of the following areas:

  • Quality: Deep understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) Process & Technology Quality Risk Assessment and Management Healthcare & Regulatory Compliance Remediation Aseptic Processing Sterile Manufacturing Quality Control / Assurance Computer System Validation(CSV) Quality Process Validation Inspection Management eQMS Digital Quality Systems) Organizational DNA & Culture Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Knowledge of Processes such as Patient Safety Clinical Development GxP Operational Controls etc.

Skills Preferred:

  • Leading and delivering significant business results by applying strategic thinking structured problemsolving innovation and taking individual initiative

  • Managing complex client engagements and project workstreams with minimal supervision

  • Building and sustaining trusted relationships with team members/clients and driving client value

  • Communicating effectively across varied business contexts and stakeholder levels (verbal and written)

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses including benchmarking root cause analysis and operational assessments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional teams and mentor junior consultants

  • Experience with digital quality systems including Veeva Sparta; certifications or implementation experience in eQMS

  • Exposure to or experience in business development (e.g. proposal development solution design client pitches) is preferred

Educational Background:

MBA in Operations preferred; Bachelors in Pharmacy Life Sciences or Engineering desirable
