Job Description

Senior Customer Advocate Brokerage
The Senior Customer Advocate Brokerage works directly with the organizations brokerage clients to deliver phonebased worldclass customer service. This job contributes to the organizations initiatives by acting as an advocate for participants longterm financial success. This individuals expertise in the organizations products services and customer experience standards differentiates the organization from the competition positively impacting client relationships with the organization and its affiliates.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Delivers quick resolutions to clients questions concerns and needs related to brokerage accounts and transactions.
  • Ensures of both routine and complex brokerage account activity and maintenance while delivering highest level of customer service.
  • Provides support to Wealth Management advisors and other areas within the organization as a primary contact for trading and brokerage account service.
  • Educates clients on retirement and financial planning solutions offered by the organization and its affiliates.
  • Interprets complex plan rules and explains them to customers in an understandable manner.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance License (National) Multiple Issuers required
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level

Required Skills:

  • Experience in financial service industry.

  • Experience with brokerage accounts and transactions.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $23.84/hr. $41.73/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
