Overview
Average compensation for this position is $50000 with top performers earning $100000

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with service needs and selling additional services to customers
- Take ownership of the customers experience and leaving a positive impression on the customer
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether by phone or in person
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties services and repairs.
- Oversees the administration of warranty claims and training and supervises the service department
- All other duties assigned
Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:
- 13years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
- Must maintain a valid state drivers license to drive any customer or company vehicle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage others.
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Teamoriented and selfmotivated.
- Able to work with little supervision.
