Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Specialistyou will be at the helm of the daily onsite operations. From coordinating and overseeing inbound shipments to managing warehouse processes and equipment processing youll play a pivotal role in meeting customer commitments and regulatory requirements.
What youll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for national and international customers.
- Act as the vital link between the sales team battery recycling services and logistics partners.
- Handle order management from entry to invoicing with a focus on Europewide transport coordination.
- Optimize service processes ensure quality standards and navigate waste and hazardous goods regulations confidently.
What youll need:
- Relevant experience in logistics planning and/or customer project management.
- Ability to work full time onsite in the Essen/Dortmund area Germany
- English & German speaking skills
