Job Duties:
The Member Account Maintenance (MAM) Analyst is responsible for providing advanced level analysis and understanding of member records related to VRS entitled benefits. The MAM Analyst accurately responds to a variety of inquiries and requests with knowledge of the requirements of the Code of Virginia and VRS policy and practices related to member benefits/contributions.

Currently this position has a hybrid work schedule which means working in the office two days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and working remotely (Mondays Thursdays and Fridays) three days a week. The selected candidate must be able to work in the office any day of the week as required by the manager.
