Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Market to lead our sales operations and drive the strategy and of revenue growth inEurope. This role will also be key in shaping and expanding indaHashs presence in the market.
The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset a collaborative approach strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for people.
As the VP you will be responsible for:
- Market Strategy: Lead the development and of a gotomarket and growth strategy for Europe positioning indaHash as the preferred influencer marketing partner for agencies and brands across the region and beyond.
- New Business & PR: Proactively generate new client opportunities through outreach networking PR and local market presence establishing indaHash as the goto brand for influencer campaigns
- Client Acquisition: Identify approach and convert highpotential brands and agencies into active clients driving consistent revenue growth.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction retention and opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the of highperforming influencer marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client KPIs ontime delivery and budget adherence.
- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and collaborate with local or crossfunctional team members providing clear direction performance feedback and support.
- Budget Management: Own and optimize the regional budget ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends consumer shifts competitor activity and social media platform changes to inform strategy and keep indaHash ahead.
- Reporting: Deliver concise datadriven updates on business performance client pipeline campaign results and market opportunities to CEO.
Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience preferably in the Influencer Marketing industry.
- Fluent English
- Inspirational leadership style and handson approach.
- Commitment to integrity customer service and positive organisation interactions.
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and related supporting initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
