This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in New York City; Fountain Valley California; or Loveland Colorado.

For Colorado the target pay range for this position is $132000$160000 annually. At Antech pay decisions are based on factors such as relevant jobrelated skills experience education training and budget.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Software/Integration Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding coaching and mentoring a team of Full Stack .NET and React) Engineers to deliver highquality scalable and maintainable software solutions. This role will involve a mix of handson coding architectural decisionmaking and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and react and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the technical implementation of a team of Full Stack .NET and React) Engineers ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Engage in handson coding contributing to the codebase and performing code reviews.
• Provide input into decisions and work collaboratively with the team to implement them.
• Ensure efficient agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor team members providing them with technical guidance and career development opportunities.
• Bridge with stakeholders including product managers and business analysts to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of the team and the applications identifying areas for improvement.
• Work with integration developers and do code reviews be compliant with consistent development methodologies patterns & practices and improve on recommendations made as needed.
• Use API first methodology across Antech ecosystem and help designing products around an API from the ground up. Should be well versed in creating Products managing Revisions and APIs with minimal vendor impact as needed.
• Develop new feature set or resolve bugs in conjunction with stakeholders in Agile teams.
• Work with IT stakeholders in ensuring compliance to software development practices and identify communicate and mitigate Risks Assumptions Issues and Decisions throughout full life cycle.
• A Tech lead is a pivotal role for our business in terms of possessing knowledge of application landscape and delivery as a domain SME in solutions design and keeping lights on.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong experience in .NET and ReactJS or Angular2 is required.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams to successful project delivery.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deep technical expertise in .NET framework/Core and .
• Strong knowledge of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members in technical and soft skills.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a knack for debugging and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in Typescript is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong understanding of various data storage and processing technologies including relational documentbased data lakes and data warehousing.
• Oracle DB and Microsoft SQL Server Azure Data Environment & Cloud experience
• Application development background with Cloud infrastructure (APIs LogicApps WebApps etc.
• Worked with ETLs CQRS scalable databases and working within enterprise architecture.
• Worked with ORMs such as Entity Framework Dapper and Hibernate (Preferred)
• Worked in an Agile environment on an enterpriselevel web application (Preferred)
• RESTful and SOAP APIs using .NET and Java.
• Knowledge of HL7 (Preferred)
• Worked in a healthcare environment (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving critical thinking and analytical skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with end users is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The employee will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent.
